U2: Bono Calms Crying Kid Singing "One"

Bono found a new use for his singing voice -- to calm a crying child.

U2 spent the night of September 11th off from the Experience and Innocence tour in Paris by attending a benefit for the Food for Soul project at the Refettorio restaurant. Chef Massimo Bottura asked the group to play a couple of acoustic numbers for the crowd, and while they were playing "One," a child in the audience began to cry. Bono picked up the girl and helped her calm down by continuing to sing the song.
