ROLLING STONES: Ron's in a Picasso Mood
Ronnie Wood painted a new portrait of his Rolling Stones bandmates, inspired by one of the greatest artists of all time.
It's called Abstract Stones and Wood says, "I call it the Picasso Stones. It’s my interpretation of Picasso’s painting The Three Dancers. Looking at the original, I was inspired to do my own take, featuring the boys." You can buy numbered and autographed prints of the painting through Wood's website.
Wood also painted his own take on tour posters for three Stones tours -- 1990's Urban Jungle, 1995's Voodoo Lounge and 1997's Bridges to Babylon-- that are on sale as prints too.
