Iowa Man Arrested For Graffiti With Spelling Error: Stay in school, kids. Eric Muggenberg is facing a charge of fourth-degree criminal mischief after Sac City, Iowa police say he spray-painted graffiti on a city water tower, causing around $350 in damage. The part of the case that’s caught everyone’s attention is that the graffiti has a misspelled word, reading “Eric and Heather Togher Forever” with a heart on each side. No word on how impressed Heather was about the show of affection.

He said he gave a false name “due to not knowing why he was being arrested.”
