The Quad City Animal Welfare Center (QCAWC) and The Humane Society of Scott County are eager to announce a free vaccine clinic aimed at promoting the health and well-being of dogs in our community. The McAnthony Window at St. Anthony’s Vax & Wags Free Vaccine Clinic for Dogs is being held on Saturday, October 4th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church, 417 North Main Street, Davenport, IA.
This initiative will provide free Distemper/Parvo and Rabies vaccines to dogs, ensuring they receive the vital protection needed to lead healthy lives. The event will begin with a Blessing of the Animals at 10:00 AM, a special ceremony to honor the beloved pets in our lives. Although the blessing is a beautiful tradition, attendance is not required to receive the free vaccines.
“Partnerships like these are essential in our mission to save lives and support our community,” said Patti McRae, Executive Director at the QCAWC. “We are honored to collaborate with McAnthony Window at St. Anthony’s and The Humane Society of Scott County to offer this important service to dog owners in the Quad Cities area.”
