This year marks the 25th anniversary of the largest helium balloon parade in the Midwest, and we are celebrating with all-new character balloons, including Papa Smurf, Cookie Monster, Angry Birds, Santa Elmo, and so much more! With a line-up that also includes pageant queens, dance groups, bands, clowns, floats, tractors, and unique antique cars, the holiday parade is the perfect way to kick-off the holiday season in the Quad Cities!
