The City of Bettendorf will host its third annual Winter Carnival on Saturday, February 2, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. All activities are free and open to all ages.

Shuttle service will be available from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. and will make the following stops approximately every 10 minutes.
