For customers that purchased tickets via Ticketmaster, refunds will automatically be refunded to your credit card.
Due to the Governor’s Mandate the TaxSlayer Center Box Office is closed through May. Refunds for tickets sold through the box office will be available June 2 or when the TaxSlayer Center is able to reopen. Refunds will be given using the original method of payment used to purchase the tickets.
