Hand in Hand's 12th annual Chili Cook-Off from 1pm to 5pm this Saturday. It's a little different this year, as it's a "drive up" event at the Mississippi Valley Fairgrounds. A bag of chili samples costs $15, and you have the option of purchasing $5 and $20 raffle tickets. Taste the samples at home, then go online to vote and tune in to Facebook to see the winners.
