The Funny Car Chaos series was created in 2017 with one principle in mind more than any other; keep the platform simple with a run what you brung format open to all types of funny cars. That premise is now coming full circle with the upcoming Twisted Shifterz and 360-Steel Summer Nationals, Friday night and Saturday, ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ง๐๐๐๐ญ๐ก๐๐ญ๐๐จ๐ซ๐๐จ๐ฏ๐๐๐ซ๐๐ ๐ฐ๐๐ฒ (Illinois), as several jet funny cars have entered the fray.
The addition of jet funny cars side by side with alcohol and nitro entries not to mention an occasional twin turbo or nitrous assisted entry is going to make this event one of the record books. The fans love Funny Car Chaos, and this is one additional component that will keep them hanging off the fences with anticipation.

Funny Car Chaos will qualify the quickest 24 flip top floppers on the property across three fields (A-B-C) of eight cars with payouts totaling over $35,000 in guaranteed money. The Summer Nationals also features an array of exhibition racing including Nitro Harleys, Gassers, Ozark Mountain Super Shifters and Sportsman racing.
