Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody” Hits Streaming Milestone
People just can’t seem to get enough of Queen’s “Bohemian Rhapsody,” which has resulted in a new milestone for the tune.
According to Universal Music Group, the song has more than 1.6 billion global streams, making it the most streamed track of the 20th century.
But that’s not all. The song is also the most streamed classic rock song of all time, beating out such hits as Nirvana’s “Smells Like Teen Spirit” and Guns N’ Roses “Sweet Child O’Mine.”
Queen’s Brian May said in a statement. “Very happy that our music is still flowing to the max!"
