Okay...admit it: You always wondered if there were really offices underneath that slab of concrete in the middle of the I-74 bridge. For years I had heard of these offices...and now Barb Ickes from the Quad City Times got to take a tour of those offices.
Yes...there were several offices, a hallway, even a couple bathrooms (complete with showers!!)...
