My mom had this post on her Facebook page, aimed at my sister. Keep in mind, my sister was born in Wisconsin, grew up in the Quad CIties, and has lived in South Carolina for the past 21 years. Yeah...SHE could give advice on how to drive in the snow...but this meteorologist does a great job.
