I told you about those "Game Of Thrones" Oreos earlier this week. Now...New York’s Ommegang’s Brewery been charged for some time with releasing their line of licensed “Game of Thrones”-themed beers. With Season 8 of the epic television series on the horizon, it’s time for a new entry into their beer line-up. On March 8th, their new ‘For The Throne’ beer will be officially tapped in their Cooperstown location. This one will be a golden ale that’s co-fermented with pinot grigio and viognier grape juices, and then it’s “bottle conditioned with Champagne yeast”…and by the by? It comes with a 9.5% ABV.Look for it in your craft beer store while it lasts.
