The Safest States In The U.S. - Iowa's One Of 'Em!

Nobody wants to live in a state with a bad reputation, especially when it comes to safety, but there’s no doubt that there are some places in this country that are way safer than others. But which ones are they? Well, WalletHub has just come out with their list of the Safest States in the Country, ranking the 50 states based on 52 key safety factors, in five different categories – personal & residential safety, financial safety, road safety, workplace safety and emergency preparedness. So, where should you want to live if safety is your biggest concern? Apparently Minnesota, which scores a 64.43 out of 100, and comes in first for road safety, and in the Top Ten for personal and residential safety, financial safety and workplace safety. Iowa came in 7th…Illinois…well, let's just say Chicago and East St. Louis aren't helping your cause……
