Back in January, Atari announce their plans to build several video-game themed hotels. Now, artist renderings have come out and show this project coming together with a look that almost comes straight out of a sci-fi movie, like “Blade Runner.” The first hotel is slated to open in 2022 in Las Vegas…with other locations to follow in Austin, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco, San Jose & Seattle. The Las Vegas property designs show a tentative plan for 400 rooms, each with a gaming console inside, “vintage style arcades, an eSports multiplex, a multipurpose gaming area, and themed restaurants, nightclubs, and bars.”
