The country's largest bike-touring event is back with it's 2021 route. Last year's event got canceled, so Clinton is getting a "make-good," as the route will end in Clinton. RAGBRAI announced the route during a virtual event at Big Grove Brewery in Iowa City Saturday. The ride will start in Le Mars, before making it's way east through Sac City, Fort Dodge, Iowa Falls, Waterloo, Anamosa and DeWitt before ending in Clinton. The ride's website is calling the route one of the flattest in it's history. The 48th annual RAGBRAI is set to take place from July 25-31.
The final day will start in DeWitt, head up to Charlotte, over to Goose Lake, and then down to dip the tires in the Mississippi River in Clinton.
