Hackers have discovered a “vulnerability” in Chrome, and Google is recommending an immediate update. While nothing specific was mentioned about the vulnerability, or how it’s been exploited, they do describe it as a high-level threat. Typically, Chrome updates happen automatically, but you want to be sure. With your browser open, click on the three dots on the upper right-hand corner of the screen…select “help…and then “about Google Chrome.” There you can check for updates and make sure you’re good to go with version 98.0.4758.102. If not, update the sucker, close it and re-start so the updates can take effect.
